The Forum is organized by the International Russophile Movement with the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Administration of the President of Russia.
Participants, among which are Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, philosopher Alexander Dugin, will discuss issues of a multipolar world order, dialogue of cultures and civilizations, protection of traditional values, opposition to Western hegemony, cancel culture and the persistently promoted destruction of the institution of family.
"This event will become an important platform for the exchange of opinions for "everyone who is interested in what is happening in the world, in [Russia], and wants to join Russian cultural, spiritual and moral values,"
Zakharova added.
Within the framework of the thematic sections of the congress of Russophiles, the issues of repatriation of compatriots, traditional values and information-hybrid war will be discussed.
More than 300 representatives of the foreign intellectual elite from 130 countries are taking part over the two day event.
